Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Turning Trash Into Cash ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit binprofit.com or purchase The Blueprint or use our bin profit calculator (collectively, the "Services"). Contact us any time at info@getcanitized.com.

• Purchase information. When you buy The Blueprint, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your email, payment card details, billing address, and any tax-related information required for compliance. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, currency, last 4 digits of card, customer email, Stripe customer and payment intent IDs) but never see your full card number.
• Access tokens. Your Stripe checkout session ID is used as the key to deliver your Blueprint PDF download and access the calculator. We store this in your browser's local storage so you can return to the calculator without re-entering anything.
• Usage data. We collect basic analytics (page views, device type, country, referring source) using privacy-friendly analytics. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
• Support communications. If you email us, we retain those messages so we can respond and resolve issues.
• Lead and DM information. If you submit the calculator form or message us through ManyChat, we collect the details you provide (see Section 5B). This is stored with our email provider and ManyChat, which process it on our behalf.

• To deliver The Blueprint PDF and grant calculator access.
• To verify your purchase if you lose access and use the recovery flow.
• To send you order receipts and purchase-related emails.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Stripe — processes payments and stores customer/payment data.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the site, database, and file storage.
• Our email sender and email marketing provider — to deliver receipts, support replies, and emails you opted into.
• ManyChat — to run the Instagram/Facebook DM automation you start by commenting or messaging us.
• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information.

We run lead-generation ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for Canitizers, our trash can cleaning service based in Killeen, Texas. When you submit one of those forms, we receive the answers you gave: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the number of trash cans you have, and which service you're interested in (a quarterly cleaning plan or a one-time cleaning).

We use lead information to:

• Contact you about your inquiry by phone call or text message.
• Schedule your cleaning.
• Send service reminders.

By submitting the form you agree to be contacted this way. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell lead data. It is shared only with the tools we need to follow up — our CRM and booking system.

This section covers leads for BinProfit (Turning Trash Into Cash) and is separate from the Canitizers cleaning-service leads described in Section 5. BinProfit lead information comes from lead forms on this website (including the email capture under the profit calculator), DM automations such as ManyChat when you comment a keyword or reply to a story, and lead ads we run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.

What we collect: your name, email address, and phone number. Depending on the form or automation, we may also receive your Instagram/TikTok handle, ZIP code, and your answers to a few questions about your business.

We use BinProfit lead information to:

• Follow up about your inquiry.
• Send the plan or content you asked for, such as your calculator results or 90-day starter plan.
• Send marketing emails or text messages you opted into.

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell BinProfit lead data. It is shared only with the tools we need to follow up — our email provider (Kit) and our CRM.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your BinProfit lead information, email info@getcanitized.com.

We use a small amount of browser local storage to remember your calculator access session. We use first-party analytics cookies to understand site traffic in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

We keep purchase records as long as required for tax, accounting, and customer-support purposes (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction records.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email info@getcanitized.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest, restricted access). No online service is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
